The demand for competent and experience-based advice in the field of quality infrastructure has increased continuously in recent years. PTB International Cooperation has developed numerous formats that address very different target groups. We are pleased to make this offer accessible. Our aim is to impart knowledge about quality infrastructure and to improve the corresponding services in such a way that they are competitive, support the economy and promote trade. The project supports the Serbian metrology institute and the accreditation body in implementing EU guidelines in the field of metrology and enabling conformity testing in order to strengthen the competitiveness of Serbian products and ensure consumer protection.
The project objective is the international recognition of the metrology institutions and accreditation of the countries of Central Asia and their services. For this purpose, adapted information and knowledge shall be made available for all countries at the national level. In parallel, an exchange and information platform is to be set up at the regional level to highlight good practices and encourage imitation. This focuses especially on control authorities for providers of services for the private sector.
The objective of the project is to develop a functional concept for Philippine quality infrastructure (QI) so that efficient and demand-oriented services can be offered in the field of metrology and accreditation.
The project supports the development of a quality infrastructure (QI) that meets the needs of the country and conforms with international standards according to WTO, ISO, ILAC, BIPM and OIML. It promotes advising of state structures to establish a QI according to international standards and facilitates participation in relevant international organizations such as CIPM-MRA, OIML and COOMET to promote international cooperation.
To remedy the existing lack of capacity among water suppliers, the project aims to improve water quality and measurement by offering advice, training and comparative measurements. This should result in strengthened quality infrastructure (QI) and optimized drinking water analysis.
