The demand for competent and experience-based advice in the field of quality infrastructure has increased continuously in recent years. PTB International Cooperation has developed numerous formats that address very different target groups. We are pleased to make this offer accessible. Our aim is to impart knowledge about quality infrastructure and to improve the corresponding services in such a way that they are competitive, support the economy and promote trade. The publication outlines the National Quality Policy for Palestine, created in 2014. The policy document aims to direct all quality and productivity initiatives in Palestine. The National Quality Policy will help Palestine to strengthen its ability to improve the quality of goods and services.
The publication serves as an introductory guide to the topic of Quality Infrastructure. The purpose of this publication is to provide support to private and governmental entities that play a key role in the establishment of a coherent and effective national Quality Infrastructure, in accordance with internationally agreed parameters. In addition, it aims to provide guidance to companies, in particular SMEs, through the steps necessary to ensure that their products and/or services meet the quality criteria required by international markets.

This Policy Position Paper is designed to present the main aspects to be considered to develop Quality Infrastructure required for energy efficiency in Latin America and the Caribbean.
