The demand for competent and experience-based advice in the field of quality infrastructure has increased continuously in recent years. PTB International Cooperation has developed numerous formats that address very different target groups. We are pleased to make this offer accessible. Our aim is to impart knowledge about quality infrastructure and to improve the corresponding services in such a way that they are competitive, support the economy and promote trade. The project aims to strengthen the Philippine quality infrastructure system according to international standards, especially in the areas of metrology and accreditation. It includes the creation of a needs-based quality infrastructure and the introduction of a national quality policy involving South-South cooperation with the Thai Metrology Institute.
The goal of the project is to contribute to the harmonization and market transparency of the natural gas market and to improve consumer protection through increased regional cooperation and promotion of the technical competence of the metrology institutes. A triangular cooperation with Mexico and Brazil will be used to transfer existing know-how to less advanced countries.
