It is specified how the calibration and measurement capabilities (CMCs) can be registered, explaining the process from registration to approval. The guide is endorsed by the International Committee for Weights and Measures (CIPM).

Export Quality Management

The guide seeks to provide small and medium-sized exporters with a comprehensive understanding of quality-related issues linked to the quality infrastructure. Amongst others, it includes questions and answers related to quality control, technical requirements (standards, technical regulations, sanitary and phytosanitary measures), management systems, conformity assessment (testing, inspection, certification), metrology, accreditation, the WTO Agreements on Technical Barriers to Trade and the Application of Sanitary and Phytosanitary Measures. The guide was developed by International Trade Centre (ITC) and PTB.
